Registration Terms and Conditions

Registrations

  • Participants must register on a separate course registration form for each training course/series they wish to attend.
  • Course registrations are non-transferrable.
  • Registration closes five business days prior to the course start date.
  • Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation, if applicable.
  • A minimum number of participants are required for courses to proceed. People First HR Services reserves the right to change the date or cancel the training session with written notification if the minimum number of participants is not achieved.
    • If a course is rescheduled, registered participants must give written confirmation if they cannot attend on the rescheduled dates. If not, they will be responsible for the full course fees.
    • If a course is cancelled by People First HR Services, participants may transfer to another session/workshop or receive a full refund.

Cancellation Requests

  • All cancellation requests must be provided in writing to registrations@peoplefirsthr.com five (5) business days prior to course start date for a full refund. 
  • Cancellations received after five (5) business days will be subject to the following cancellation fee schedule:

Multi-session/series programs (if applicable):

  • Series bundle pricing applies when a participant signs up for all courses in a single series.
  • If you have registered for a multi-session/series program, and are unable to attend one or more workshops, you may transfer to another confirmed session, when available, by providing written notice to registrations@peoplefirsthr.com at least five (5) business days prior to the course start date.
  • Requests to transfer to a confirmed session received after five (5) business days prior to course, will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
  • Cancellation/no shows will be subject to cancellation fee schedule listed above.

Payment

  • Accepted methods of payment are:
    • PayPal™
    • Invoice (organizations)
  • PayPal: All PayPal users must read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined by PayPal. 
  • Invoice (organizations): The client agrees to pay all invoices within 30 days of the billing date. Invoices will be delivered electronically.
