Giveaway Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter. Your chances of winning do not increase with a purchase.
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to attendees of AMM’s 2023 Annual Spring Convention.
Participants may enter the giveaway one time only by submitting the form on People First HR’s website. Only entries collected through this page during the giveaway period are eligible to win. Duplicate entries will be removed.
Employees of People Corporation, People First HR Services, and any of People Corporation’s divisions, along with their immediate family members are not eligible to win this giveaway.
2. Sponsorship
This giveaway is provided by solely by People First HR Services, hereby referred to as the Sponsor.
3. Agreement to Rules
By submitting an entry form, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Sponsor has the right refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at its sole discretion. By entering participants agree to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.
4. Entry Period
This giveaway is open from 8:00 am CST to 8:00 pm CST on April 5, 2023.
5. Prizes
There is ONE prize available to be won in this giveaway.
Prize: A $75 Visa Gift Card.
This prize is not transferable and may not be substituted for another prize.
Acceptance of the prize grants the Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, and likeness for promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds
The odds of winning this giveaway are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
7. Selection and Notification of the Winner
The winner will be selected by random draw under the Sponsor’s supervision on April 6, 2023.
The winner will be notified by the email provided. If the winner does not claim their prize by April 20, 2023, the prize may be forfeited, and the Sponsor may redraw at its discretion.
The Sponsor isn’t liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if they provided a wrong email address or incorrect phone number, or if their email security settings cause the prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.
8. Rights Granted by the Entrant
By entering this giveaway, the participant grants the Sponsor the right to contact the them through the contact information provided to notify a winner.
9. Terms & Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this giveaway in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond its control or causes that impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the giveaway.
The Sponsor holds the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Participants entry into this giveaway constitutes their agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
11. Privacy Policy
All information collected is subject to the People First’s privacy policy.
12. Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules
By entering the giveaway, the entrant agrees they have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to the Official Rules.
