Leading change is a perilous task for supervisors and managers to undertake. Uprooting employees from their comfort zone to learn and implement new behaviours requires planning and coordination to ensure successful outcomes. In this session you will learn how to improve engagement, planning, coordination, and implementation of change initiatives to better lead employees through change initiatives.
