Deanna is an individual practitioner with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion and certified as a D&I Influencer. Deanna has also completed two levels of certification in Trauma-Informed Practice.
Brookley enjoys working within the realm of organizational health, and frequently supports organizations through assessments, investigations, and engagement and culture initiatives. She has extensive experience providing HR services across various sectors and industries and finds fulfillment in building connections with others through her HR practice.
Brookley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Winnipeg, is certified in leading MHS EQi emotional intelligence assessments and holds an Advanced Investigation Techniques Certification from Rubin Thomlinson.
Ed is a human resources professional with extensive experience developing and leading strategic training programs. Ed partners with clients across industries and sectors to provide impactful solutions. His practice is rooted in his ability to quickly create meaningful bonds with others and remain flexible in his approach.
Ed’s background in engineering led him to his true passion of teaching and mentoring others to reach their full potential. Ed holds a degree from the University of Manitoba, and additional certifications through Red River College.
Korede is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience providing HR expertise in her various roles. Her thoughtful approach allows her to make an impact no matter the setting – whether it is a small business or a multicultural/multinational corporation. She is passionate about helping people to get to the best version of themselves and is particularly knowledgeable about the experiences and challenges of students and experienced workers who relocate to Canada having gone through both herself.
She has an MBA in HR Management from the University of Wales, UK, a Post-Graduate Diploma in HR from the University of Manitoba, is a certified coach, speaker, and trainer as well as a published author.
