With a committment to continuous learning as well as a strong interest in internet search techniques, Michelle is trained to target her internet research utilizing Boolean search operators and modifiers as well as numerous social networks in order to connect with candidates both far and wide.

Prior to joining People First HR Services, Michelle gained experience working in various sectors including sales, service, manufacturing, security and transportation. It was in her last role as a Recruiting Services Assistant at Arnold Bros. Transport where Michelle discovered her true passion for recruiting. This in turn led her to People First HR where she is part of the highly skilled Talent Discovery Group.

Passionate about giving back to the community in which she lives, Michelle is proud to be a recipient of the 2010 United Way, Canvasser Team Award and a volunteer at several other local charity organizations.

A former Toastmaster President, Michelle realizes the power of networking and constantly seeks out opportunities to connect with talented individuals.
