Our social media journey began almost three years ago. At that time, we were mostly using things like Facebook and Twitter in our own personal lives. However, we were finding that our candidates and clients were starting to connect with us on-line as well. We were having on-line discussions with them and they were suggesting other platforms where we could connect.
Once we realized real people were having real conversations we knew it wasn’t just a passing fad.
Social Media is the perfect platform for recruitment. We already build networks and then we build relationships within those networks. Social Media is another way for us to reach out and connect.
Our team has more than 40 years of combined experience in recruitment and employment. We are passionate about what we do. We want to share with others what we have learned and will continue to learn. This isn’t a one way dialogue; we are really interested in hearing about others experiences as well. We want to provide value to our community.
