Sherry has over twenty-five years experience in the public sector as a change agent, program manager, facilitator, coach, team builder and healthy workplace champion. Areas of focus include promoting and assisting with the development of healthy, effective and accountable organizational cultures which support effective, productive teams and individuals. Her consulting and program development activities have resulted in award winning workplace programs.
Sherry has a Bachelor and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Manitoba and a nursing diploma from Red River College. She is certified in the development and or delivery of team building, accountability agreements, coaching and conflict resolution.
Sherry consults in the areas of Organizational Effectiveness, Respectful Workplaces, Leadership/Management Development, Strategic Planning, Team Building, Conflict Management, Mediation and Organizational Climate/Culture Assessments.
