We work with companies to determine the most appropriate selection of services to meet their business requirements while balancing the unique needs of the recipient of our services. Our knowledgeable consultants work with people at all levels, from senior executives, management to supervisors to technical and hourly employees. Flexible, customized, caring approaches are developed to meet each person's distinctive needs.
Our programs for individuals vary and can include individual counseling, career assessment and job search skill development including networking, identifying target employers, resume preparation and interviewing techniques. Some of our programs include external professional financial advisors and access to psychological assessment. Our objective is to provide a supportive environment to help the individual find the right opportunity.
Additionally, we offer a supportive environment, professional administrative support and extensive office services including private offices, Internet access, e-mail and voice-mail, and videotaped interviews.
Our services are typically delivered on our premises; however, we can also deliver services at a work site, or a combination of over the telephone and Internet. We are also experienced at delivering quality service in rural and remote locations.
