Randy has earned the trust and confidence of hundreds of corporate leaders as he partners with them to successfully plan and implement career management, downsizing and restructuring initiatives. Randy is responsible for expanding business both locally and nationally. He partners with the delivery team in a unique and all-inclusive way to ensure clients’ career transition and career management needs are not just met, but are exceeded in a successful, positive and uplifting manner. In addition to his extensive experience as a national leader in career transition and change management, Randy has acquired a unique blend of hands on experience in senior positions with diverse functional responsibilities and has conducted business in every Canadian province, over 25 American states and overseas locations.

He has served as co-chairman of a successful industry/government trades training initiative, has been an advisor for skill training committees, and holds senior positions in volunteer organizations. Randy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah and is a graduate of the University of Calgary Executive Development Program.
