With over fifteen years of business experience, Terry-Lynn began her career with Deloitte & Touche, working in both the Winnipeg and Bermuda offices. From Bermuda, she accepted an internal audit position with a large international company in Toronto, moving into a Finance Manager position. After returning to Winnipeg, Terry-Lynn continued her career in financial reporting. She then joined the Executive Search division of KPMG LLP, which was later sold to a western based company. At People First, Terry-Lynn focuses on accounting and finance engagements.

Terry-Lynn graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Chartered Accountant by profession. She has been actively involved with many not-for-profit organizations in various committee and board positions and is a member of the Young Associates.
