Sheila is a Human Resource professional with more than 11 years of consulting experience in the private and public sectors. Sheila has helped businesses manage organizational reviews, strategic planning efforts, performance management solutions and executive recruitment activities. She has experience in project leadership and management, design and facilitation of stakeholder consultation processes and development of comprehensive plans and reports. As a result of her professional experiences, she has extensive interviewing and facilitation experience. In addition to her hands-on project management experience, Sheila has completed project management courses designed to help project teams anticipate issues and facilitate clear communication among team members and stakeholders.

Sheila graduated from Simon Fraser University in B.C. with a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science degree majoring in Communications. Sheila is a member of the Manitoba Opera Board as well as the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba.
