Sharlene brings to the industry over 10 years of progressive human resource experience. As a human resource professional, Sharlene has focused her efforts primarily in the retail sector where she has worked extensively with employers in areas such as employee and labour relations, health and safety, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and organizational development. Over her career, Sharlene has been extremely successful providing expertise, guidance and strategic leadership in the areas of organizational effectiveness and employee relations enhancements, management coaching and union avoidance. Her practical, insightful and straightforward approach to aligning human resource needs with the organization´s business objectives makes her an effective contributor to our team.
Sharlene is a graduate from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Psychology, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management. She serves the Winnipeg community in various volunteer capacities and currently serves on the Board of Directors for a small non-profit organization.
