Randy brings 10 years of extensive experience as Vice President and Managing Consultant of the Winnipeg operation of a world leader in Career Transition and Change Management, where he was responsible for growing the business and developing and delivering career management services. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager of a publishing and telemarketing organization; Director of Human Resources in aerospace and computer manufacturing industries; Manager of Human Resources and Training in the packaging industry; and National Account Manager for an inventory management organization.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, and is a graduate of the University of Calgary Executive Development Program. In addition, Randy has served as co-chairman of a successful industry/government trades training initiative, has been an advisor for several skill training committees and has held senior administrative positions in volunteer organizations.
