Karin Pooley is the Vice-President of the Professional and Administrative Staffing division. Karin has 17 years of progressive experience in the personnel placement industry in the Winnipeg market and has acquired extensive knowledge in permanent and contract recruitment. Throughout her career Karin has been responsible for recruiting junior, mid-level and senior Professionals across most industries and professions. Additionally Karin has significant expertise in the development, implementation and management of staffing and high volume recruitment campaigns.

Prior to joining People First, Karin was Branch Manager for an international full-service personnel agency. In this role she was instrumental in building one of Canada's largest call centre staffing service where she managed all the recruitment operations for Manitoba's largest client on-site staffing programs consisting of over 800+ contract employees and permanent recruiting for junior to professional level.
