June has a varied and extensive background with over 20 years experience as a human resource professional in the financial, small- and medium-sized business and not-for-profit sectors. As an HR regional manager for a national organization, June provided a full range of human resource services to management across several provinces. She has developed training programs for would-be entrepreneurs. Further expertise includes coaching, recruiting, training and performance management.

June enjoys giving back to the community through her volunteer work. She has her certification in Human Resource Management and is trained in Behavior Description Interviewing.
