Joe has extensive experience in the areas of human resources, labour relations, change management and restructuring. He also has experience in mediation and arbitration, training and development, organizational effectiveness, and entrepreneurship. Joe draws upon his broad background to provide guidance to meet each client´s unique challenges. He is committed to the success of each client by delivering needed coaching and mentoring during critical times of change.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) from the University of Manitoba and a Certificate in Management. He is a certified Practitioner of Change and graduated from the Executive Learning Program at the Richard Ivey School of Business.
