Gordon has more than 25 years of broad based experience in the human resources function acquired through senior positions he held while working at The North West Company and Assante Corporation. In his current role at People First HR Services, Gordon works with a wide range of clients in public, private and not-for-profit organizations to design innovative and effective compensation programs. Some of his areas of expertise include salary ranges and administration, variable pay, short term incentives, long term incentives, employee benefit plans, employee recognition plans and executive perquisite plans. Gordon also assists clients with systems which support the compensation program such as job evaluation and performance management.

Gordon is a graduate of The University of British Columbia and is a Certified Human Resources Professional. He is an active member of The Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba and WorldatWork.
