Eileen is responsible for all aspects of program delivery for Manitoba and leads a team of experienced consultants and works directly with corporate clients and individuals in career transition. Eileen has extensive professional experience in human resources management in the high tech and financial services sectors. She led the human resources team at Moffat Communications - Videon (now Shaw Cable in Winnipeg) and was Director, Staffing and Organizational Development at Investors Group.

Eileen has her Certified Human Resources Professional designation and contributes to the human resource management community by sharing her knowledge at various learning events. She gives to the community by her active involvement in the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, the United Way and Take Pride Winnipeg.
