Cindy brings over 15 years experience in both the private and public sector with several years' direct industry experience. Cindy is responsible for our manufacturing recruitment.  Having graduated with a diploma in Business Administration from RRC she is currently working on completing her Human Resource Management Diploma from the University of Manitoba.

Cindy is currently an Instructor with the Continuing Education Department at RRC and is on the Board of Directors for a non-profit organization currently constructing a skateboard park in Southwest Winnipeg.
