Bev has a varied and extensive business background with significant experience working in the career transition field. Her background includes well-developed project management expertise gained within a crown corporation where she managed a comprehensive, management level career transition program for unemployed professionals. In addition to her experience as a career transition consultant, she has more than 20 years business experience within the manufacturing sector in both customer service and operations management.

Bev has a Business Certificate in Administrative Management from the University of Winnipeg and has been actively involved in various voluntary positions, as well as serving on the executive of community organizations.
