As a human resources and training professional with over 20 years experience, Barry has a proven track record of accomplishment in diverse industry sectors. He is an experienced project leader and has recently led a variety of engagements including: customized leadership development programs, psychometric profiling, organizational effectiveness and employee surveys, management coaching, succession planning and employee relations. Barry has a reputation for contributing to organizational success by partnering with internal operational clients to effectively and practically address business needs related to human resources.

Barry has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree, a Certificate in Human Resource Management, and a Certificate in Adult Education. His career includes time in non-profit, education, manufacturing, retail, financial services and communications industries in both operational and human resources roles.

Barry is very active in his community in a variety of volunteer capacities ranging from Winnipeg Harvest to coaching and managing basketball teams.
