Career Compass

Career Compass is an internally focused, group career development program that allows employees to direct and grow their career within your organization. This six-step program combines assessments, workshops and individual meetings. The program includes working with leaders on how to have career conversations. When completed, the employee is able to develop realistic career goals and a personalized career action plan that will keep them engaged and on target for growth.

The program’s combination of one-on-one sessions, personality assessment and self-initiated learning enabled her to embrace an important opportunity.

“I moved from that overwhelmed sensation to a focused plan,” she explains. “Before I took the program, I really thought in terms of where my career’s going to take me, but taking this program made me realize it’s all about where I take my career. It’s not waiting for things to happen. It’s taking advantage of any opportunity that I see. A number of things have opened up for me because I’ve been open to them. This has been a huge life-altering experience for me.”
