L.J. (Len) Hoey, MBA, CMA, ICD.D., is President of the firm and has a Masters in Business Administration and holds professional certification in both Management Accounting and Directorship. Len has more than 20 years of management and executive level experience in the professional services industry. Prior to joining People First, Len was a Managing Director with an international engineering firm. During his tenure, Len played a significant role in the growth and development of the company. He served as a member of its Board of Directors and held successive increasingly more senior leadership positions with the firm. In his most recent role, Len had responsibility for divisional operations in Toronto, Thunder Bay, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton, and Ghana (Africa) with professionals working collaboratively on major projects around the world. In addition to providing overall leadership and management direction at People First, Len leverages his years of hands on executive experience and education to provide consulting services to clients in the areas of strategic planning, corporate governance and executive coaching. |
