Integral to our Search team, Annette is a Certified Internet Recruiter.  Trained to target her internet research using the latest in online search techniques, she continues to be successful in finding quality candidates in varied industries and disciplines for local, national and international searches.  Annette continually expands her knowledge base through recruiting conferences and online training that supports best practices in candidate sourcing. 

Considered a subject matter expert when it comes to the efficient use of various social media, Annette utilizes the latest in technology to create networks which allow her to reach out to passive candidates.   Working with other members of the Recruiting team, Annette creates effective and targeted candidate sourcing strategies, ensuring those ‘hard to find’ candidates are found.
