As a dedicated human resource professional for over 20 years, Linda has a reputation for contributing to organizational effectiveness by successfully balancing the objectives of the organization and the needs of the employees.  She has demonstrated expertise as a human resources generalist with a high level of integrity and the ability to build strong and productive relationships. With time spent in both the private and the public sector, Linda has had the opportunity to work at the senior management level and contribute to strategic planning processes.  She is a confident communicator and coach skilled in conflict management, facilitation and people relations.  She is known as an effective problem solver and project manager with solid analytical and research skills.

Linda has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Finance.  In addition she holds the CHRP designation and has been on the CHRP Recertification Committee for many years.  She has served on the Board of Directors for her local human resources association and volunteers in other capacities within her community.
