Glenda R. Ball, CHRP
Glenda's professional experience spans nearly twenty years, including ten years in mid and senior Human Resource management roles. Most recently Glenda served as the Vice President, Human Resources with a leading provider of online focus groups and a Top Saskatchewan Employer for three of the past five years. Previously she held diverse and progressive positions based in Southern California, and in Calgary, Alberta. Glenda has held exciting and challenging roles in several industries covering public and private sectors, and has worked in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
Glenda is known to quickly gain the trust and confidence of colleagues and clients alike. She has extensive experience in employee relations, training and development, change management and restructuring, process review and policy development, as well as HR system implementations. Glenda is a certified facilitator through Development Dimensions International and often assists small and mid-sized organizations with strategic and business planning.
Glenda possesses a Bachelor of Science in Management, with Distinction, as well as a Management of Human Resources Diploma. She also holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Glenda is currently the Northern Saskatchewan Chairperson for the Saskatchewan Association of Human Resources Professionals (SAHRP) and stays active as a member of such organizations as Leadership Saskatoon, the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Women Entrepreneurs (WE) of Saskatchewan, and Preston Early Learning Centers (PELC).
