Genelle Payant has been a human resources professional since 1997. She has over 15 years of senior and executive level human resource experience and has successfully implemented workable human resource solutions that have resulted in improvements to workplace cultures, efficiencies, processes and profitability, across a wide range of industries.
Genelle has a warm and straightforward approach with the ability to foster relationships and build trust with her clients and her colleagues. She has extensive experience in employee relations, training and development, recruitment and retention, policy development, workforce restructuring and performance management.
As a career transition consultant, Genelle takes the time necessary to get to know her clients. She learns how and why they get fulfillment from their work, so that she is in the best position possible to assist them in finding meaningful employment.
Genelle is an active member of the Saskatchewan Human Resources Professionals Association and serves on various boards and committees within her community.
Genelle has her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, a Certificate in Human Resources Management, a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism and is nearing completion of her Bachelor of Administration.
