With her inclusive, engaging style, Eileen leads the team of experienced consultants in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Northwestern Ontario. Eileen’s strength is her ability to develop long-lasting relationships with our clients. Her professional background in senior level human resources roles within large organizations provides a credible foundation for the work she does in the career management division. Eileen provides comprehensive planning support, solid advice, creativity and a wealth of experience to her work with organizations and to the senior individuals she supports.

Eileen has been integral in the growth of the career management division from the ground up, and is proud to be celebrating the division’s 10th anniversary in 2012.

Eileen is passionate and committed to her family, her clients and her work.  Her passion extends to her community where her commitment shows in her involvement as a member of Cabinet of the United Way 2011 Campaign, as a Board Member of Downtown Biz and as an active volunteer with the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, Take Pride Winnipeg and the Human Resource Association of Manitoba.
