Dave Rushforth

Dave has almost twenty years of senior human resources experience in both the private and public sector and is well known for his expertise in the areas of labour relations and aboriginal workforce participation.   His career highlights include acted as a management representative for more than twenty collective bargaining agreements and negotiating a landmark Federal Human Rights settlement between the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs and a federal employer.  Beyond this, Dave's experience includes strategic and tactical planning, recruitment, selection, supervision, salary and benefits administration, contract negotiations, training and development, personnel policy development, job descriptions and evaluations and performance management.

Dave has a Bachelors degree in Organizational Psychology and Business Administration and a certificate in Human Resources.   He is also certified in Alternate Dispute Resolution and Group Facilitation

Dave primarily consults with clients in the areas of Labour Relations, however he has expertise across a wide range of human resource management issues.
