Erin has a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS) as well as a certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Manitoba.

She began her career with a leading Canadian financial services company in the Financial Analysis Department. Her most recent position was in the Human Resources Department for a Western Canadian company which is vertically integrated from production to end user products servicing the global market. Erin focuses on recruiting designated accounting and finance professionals.
