As Vice President of Recruiting, Karin offers unique insight and direction for growth in Winnipeg’s dynamic, ever–changing recruitment industry.  With over 20 years of progressive experience recruiting across all levels, including senior and executive level-roles at a national level, Karin has a true understanding of the needs of her clients.  She takes great pride in ensuring each and every customer is 100% satisfied.

Karin’s enthusiasm and unstoppable belief in her profession are infectious, as her team of Recruiting Consultants can attest.  A respected leader and mentor, Karin draws her business acumen and leadership capabilities from previous roles, including Branch Manager for an international full-service personnel agency and 10 successful years as a Senior Consultant with some of Winnipeg’s top independent recruitment firms.  Karin was also instrumental in building one of Canada’s largest call centre staffing services.

Karin is an active member of the Human Resource Management Association, Canadian Marketing Association, Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and the Young Associates.
