Is there a fee for your recruiting service?

No, there is no fee to the candidate, only to the hiring organization.  People First works on behalf of an organization to recruit, screen and refer potential candidates for positions within their company.

How do I know where my resume is being sent?

You will work with a recruiting consultant to share your expectations concerning the position and the organization you wish to be presented to.  We will seek your consent prior to your resume and related information being submitted to any organization.

Are you a temporary placement firm?

No, we offer permanent and project staffing options only.   You can feel confident knowing when you work with People First you will be considered only for permanent career opportunities.

How long will my resume remain on file with People First HR Services?

We will keep your resume in our database indefinitely unless you request your resume to be deleted from our database.
