Candace is a Certified Human Resources Professional whose background includes experience in the finance, manufacturing, non-profit and service sectors. Her previous roles in human resources allowed her to develop her strengths in the areas of compensation, performance management, as well as recruitment and selection. In her current role as a Human Resources Analyst at People First, Candace provides analytical, research and senior administrative support to the HR Consulting Division

Candace is the recipient of the distinguished Award for Human Resources Excellence for achieving the highest marks in her graduating class. She is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg with a diploma in Human Resource Management and a certificate in Management and is an active member of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba.
